The project uses a large number of flexible automation equipment, with the help of MES system to automatically extract sales orders, generate welding and assembly schedules, MES system sorts production, all automatic stations automatically switch programs according to order requirements and product types produced, through Newton 1.0 Industrial Internet of Things The security gateway collects process parameters and improves the production efficiency of the factory by 50%.
