If you have installed the ask toolbar malware on your firefox browser by mistake and you want to remove it then follow the steps given below:-
- Open Extension option in firefox
- Now search for the Ask toolbar from the addon list
- Now you can choose to remove or disable option, click on any of them
- Now go to Help and troubleshooting
- Now Reset firefox
