Certian Ability Capes For Freeplayers. You may be woundering what I mean by this. I beileve that freeplayers should have acess to RS gold some of the 9 (or so) skillcapes held with any of those skill masters. Getting level 99 of any ability is, undoubtedly, and very tedious endeavor, however, free players also have a tough time (and in certian instances have it a bit tougher than members, due to a few of the best training approaches being members only).
Although it's extremely difficult for freeplayers (and members for this matter), it can still be performed, and I beileve any freeplayer who manages to perform this should be rewarded just like anyyone.
